Centralised
Selections of apprentices : Board of Practical Training (ER), Kolkata, has started Organising Centralised Selections to select sufficient number of candidates on the spot for Apprenticeship Training which enables both the Industries and candidates to gat their aspiration fulfilled. During the year under report, the board organized 29 Centralised Selections in Eastern Regioin. Quality Improvement Programmes : BOPT (ER) has organized 07 numbers of Career Guidance Programme and 04 numbers of Meet the Apprentice Programme during 2004-05 to improve the quality of training imparted to the apprentices. Interactive meet on implementation of Apprenticeship Training Scheme BOPT (ER) has also organized 06 nos. of Group meetings with different establishments and institutions of Eastern Region. |
